As far as I know you won't have too tight a clearance at all. If anything you need to space the slave, but not being spaced just means the slave has too much clearance and have nothing to do with blowing out. Maybe air was in the lines still and when you pressed clutch...boom. Not sure bro but I don't see any issue worth selling the truck for. Yea pulling and installing tranny gets old but there's a good reason the slave blew. Whether you weren't meant to be out driving last night or whatever. There was a reason. before I stepped on the pedal I opened the bleeder screw to let some air out. I had the same kit before the jtsvp one with zero problems.
