Need help PLEASE!!!!

The coil pack i replaced was the forward one closest to the front with four wires going to it because those were the wires that were chewed. the codes thrown were P0352 and P0353 but that coil pack i replaced dont go to the #2 or #3 cylinders. Since there are only 5 primary circuits which cylinders are tied into each other? I am thinking i will have to replace the other coil pack aswell.
 
Unless that rodent was smart enough to swap around the plug wires they are in the correct spot. The coil pack and wires are numbered correctly. I was verbally told to take it for a drive and the computer will be reprogrammed. What could happen if i did that with it feeling like its misfiring?

Don't drive it misfiring!
 
Guess I'll have to check again. Pain in my sunday evening a$$. Which relays in fuse box should be checked? Just incase its one of them.

Have you checked continuity between each wire in plug on PCM and coil pack plugs yet?? I wouldn't throw a coil at it till you make sure wires are correct.

Dtc 352 and 353 are not cylinder codes! They're coil codes and likely again from the wiring.
 
Rodents have become a pain in my rear. Something chewed thru my coil pack wires and knock sensor wires. Check engine light came on and had codes P0353 and P0352 pop. I repaired the connectors and put everything back on and started the truck. Truck feels and sounds like it is misfiring. So i replaced the coil pack that has four wires going to it. Again i started the truck after putting everything back on and the codes remained. What do i have to do to fix the issue? Truck is a 2005 Quad Cab

Truck it to Waco and let the Dr. fix it. :rock:

Replaced the plugs, wires and battery, checked for continuity on all pins from the coil connector to the PCM connector, PCM connector with the coil plug connected and fuel injector connectors and everything checks good. Still have CEL and same codes are thrown. Any ideas on how to clear it?
 
Update.
After biting the bullet I decided to take her to the dealership. I filed a claim with my insurance (USAA) and told them what happened even the repair I did to the connectors. They sent an appraiser out for pictures and estimate for the repairs and responded back with they will cover the damage since I had comprehensive coverage and it was "an act of nature". Total for a new PCM, R&R both coil packs and labor would have been $2362.74 but so I just pay a $100 deducible and I'm good? Hell Yeah! But I'm really kicking my self in the A$$ for replacing the spark plugs, wires and battery. Those could have come out on their dime, oh well had the satisfaction on working under the hood.
