Wheeler Dealers

I (almost literally) ran into Mike yesterday at the big Hot Rod and In N Out event at the Auto Club Raceway in Pomona. They were filming something in a crowded area of the pits, and I only saw the cameras and crew at the last second. Mike got out of a car and it dawned on me what was going on. Duh!

I was disappointed in the show, it was more of an ad for McLeod Clutch.
Didn't show how the electric fans were connected and the oil lines bypassed, Mike mentioned the suspension was worn yet nothing was addressed there.

When Edd was on the show, so much more detail was shown, Once discovery channel bought the show it's all about the Sponsers. Quick fixes and flip them. I would rather see more mechanical work instaed of Mike driving around, and Ant being his bum buddy yes man.

My iPad opens the link but cannot open the video for playback. I have switched over to MacBook and works like a charm. No ads at all.

The link worked fine for me. They definitely left out a few details in editing. The truck looks like it was lowered or they put on 45 series tires. They painted the hood scoop insert as well. Still sold it too cheap.

Unfortunately, this truck is a typical example of a worn out, abused SRT-10. Its a shame. The chassis condition and Magnablow exhaust are also common. Yeah, the wheel and tire combination is also a step in the wrong direction.

I guess that's what you get for 22K :dontknow:
