I think my truck has been raced at some stage the rear axle bump stops are beaten and the tramp rod/leaf spring bushes are smashed.
What do you call those bushes on the spring/tramp rod. Where to find them?

Well, typically frost comes out of the ground the first week in May and light-construction can begin then.

I have seen snow during every month of the year (rare and no accumulation, but still, it's snow!).

Summer = June into late September (117 days of frost free conditions).

The temperature bounces up and down throughout the year due to Chinook Winds.

    From the record books:
On Jan. 10, 1962, Pincher Creek (south of us) saw temperatures rise 41 C as Chinook winds boosted the mercury from -19 C up to 22 C.
    IN ONE HOUR.

When Leonardo DeCaprio was up here filming The Revenant, he was duped by some local yokels during a Chinook who told him it was global warming. Leonardo declared from a podium he hadn't experienced anything like it. If you didn't know any better and it went from freezing cold to "kind of warm", you wouldn't know what to think.

Unfortunately the flakey actors/musos are very gullible and the downside is they infect so many people through social media and TV etc spouting their garbage. Would you really give credibility to an industry full of mental health issues, behaviour issues, relationship issues, drug and alcohol issues and suicidal tendencies. They are the most narsist....nars...nast...yeah that word, bunch of all. We are supposed to take note when they stand up there and bad mouth Trump or gun control or whatever the politic is on that day. Most of them do not even live in the real world

I grew up by Lake Tahoe, and saw almost 50 feet of snow a few times. I don't miss it one bit.

Leonardo is an idiot. Anyone who believes in global warming, has been duped by the globalists.

Kiwi, you are spot on with your assessment. Anyone who worships what celebrities vomit, have no self awareness. Liberalism is a mental illness in my book.

Isn't it crazy, the three of us live in different countries, and have the same thought process. I always thought it was just the US that have a liberal problem. Seems it's world wide.

It is. I am a a redneck and proud of it.
The trendy's are buying EV's and I buy a TRUCK!
The lockdown in NZ is a debacle so far. City folk hooking up boats, caravans, jetskis, kayaks and mountain bikes and heading off to the holiday homes to go play for a months paid holiday.
I can see the army being rolled out real soon.
The problem is modern parenting. Everyone is special, Mummy said I am, the teacher said I am. I can do what I want. The lockdown is for everyone else. But I am just...but I am only....I'm not hurting anyone get over it gosh.
    That is the problem
