The Supernova V.4 LED replacement looks to be better than the original setup. (?)
The Sylvania Silverstar bulbs never lasted very long.

I still have the very dismal/appalling headlights the truck came with. I never thought about them much back in 2005 but they sure look orange compared to what is on the road with us now.

Yes that is correct. Buy i want to know if you can just buy the emblem for $94 or do you have to buy there hood scoop also. Plus i dont know if they do international shipping. Trying to clear this up before i buy

Just for shits and giggles, I added just the hood scoop emblem to "The Cart", it's $94.00 US dollars. I'll try to call them Monday to get the shipping info for you.

Cool. Would be awesome to see photos of what it looks like. Hopefuly it installs easily into the original hood scoop. Its the shipping that kills me over here. Ive recently brought headlights taillights hood struts decals CAI HP tune custom 6pce grill fog lights new headrests and floor mats and spent around 2500USD in freight which is around 4,500NZD. freight sucks

So oddly enough, that company just called me on a Sunday. The reason they called me is to inform me that unless I have their scoop insert $149.00m the emblem won't mount. So I also ordered the insert, and will let everyone know what it takes to install. I also asked about shipping to NZ, and just for the emblem would be approx $50.00, USD The P/N for the insert is DG3, emblem DG5. Oh, and it's billeted polished aluminum.

Awesome thanks man. Would br great to know why you need the scoop aswell. Does that mean you need to order the scoop colour coded to the ram? Pictures would be cool to. Its a cool looking emblem tho

Not sure. The guy told me without the insert we can't mount the emblem. He didn't want me pissed off when I got the emblem, and it wouldn't mount. He's going to update the website to reflect this. Once I get the parts, I'll see if I can post the photos, so that you and anyone else who is interested, can see in real time.

So the website is updated. The scoop is actually aluminum, not plastic. I'm sure I will have to have the body shop match paint the scoop. Haven't received it yet, but will keep ya'll updated.

I need to call them on Friday to see if it's been shipped yet. Hopefully the insert bolts in place where the plastic plungers are on the plastic scoop.

The cat had jumped off the mezzanine floor, landed on the scoop and cracked it. It is at the panel shop getting fixed. Repainted....watch this space.
