Decided to spray the Dakota engine compartment with the last of my 1st gallon of super clean I had on a wider bottle … was just enough to get most everything wet … since the pressure washer is Bleep bleep I used the hose with my thumb over the exit point .. wasn’t able to be careful and avoid getting everything wet hahahaha ! Considering it’s been a work truck for years and years the engine compartment has never been cleaned .. filthy ! I hand wiped what I could reach with a rag . And let it dry for a while . Think I got lucky as it fired right up . Then drove it to do some grocery shopping and to heat it up and hopefully dry the compartment completely.. ran great ,,,,,,, Well until I left the grocery store and it started to stumble for about a half mile … then it ran great the rest of the way home . So maybe something didn’t like the water .. I’ll know for sure the next time I run it .. I think it’s fine and a good amount cleaner than it was . Now all I need is whatever the dealers spray all over the used car engines to shine them up and help make them look fake new ! Any idea what they use ?
