My dad owns an 88 Land Rover Discovery and loves it. He just put it a 2" suspension lift kit on it and took it out to Split Mountain, which is in SoCal, last weekend and was very pleased. He has owned a few Jeeps and likes his Rover the best.

I don't understand what you guys expect out of a Jiffy Lube type place. If you ask me I think it is your own fault for taking your vehicle to a place like that. It is not that time consuming or difficult to change your own oil or inflate your own tires. Are you that afraid of getting a little dirty?

CAI is installed and looks AWESOME!! I also removed the plastic shield. I'm looking forward to ordering some powdercoated valve covers and a powdercoated intake now to finish my engine compartment.

Maybe it is the bearing on the small pulley.

It's almost a chirping sound but with WD it goes away at idle but you can hear it when I step on it. Belt noise and exhaust leaks are my two pet peeves. I HATE THEM!!!:banghead: :banghead:
