    Dipped the rims

You can do it yourself. I did it on my driveway after I got home from work when I originally dipped them in black. When I did the metalizer it took me about 45 min cause I needed to take the rims off the truck again. Very easy to do it yourself. And for the money you can't beat it. It totally...

    Dipped the rims

Plasti dipped the rims. I first went with the gum metal grey didn't like how they looked. They had a blue tint to them. So I went to Home Depot and bought some black and painted over the grey. I order the Silver Metalizer earlier this week, and it came in this afternoon. I will be spraying them...

    Paxton bypass valve upgrade

That's the same one that comes on the Paxton kit. Mounting location is on the water to air intercooler just after the blower outlet.

    Back up and running

Yup, stock belt running the stock stuff. Crank pulley was altered to mate up with another pulley to run the blower. Custom bracket for the tensioner, the blower pulley was changed to spin faster, and some additional pulleys. So, far no belt slippage whatsoever. I currently have the 10 lbs...

    Back up and running

Here are some pics of the dedicated belt drive. You would end up using all of the brackets that come in the Paxton kit, but you use different dowels and bolts to space out the blower in additional to some extra pulleys and a manual tensioner. The GREEN BELT is the one dedicated for the blower.

    Back up and running

Nope, they didn't touch the at all. I did change spring pressure and lift. Had I known these engines were that prone to dropping seats I would have had them reseated especially sonce I had 80k miles on them.

    Back up and running

This is very true, and if you are going to rebuild a Viper engine you MUST have one no ifs ands or buts about it.

    Back up and running

Long story short this is my 2nd rebuild. The first took about 6 months after I had the engine running in the truck the heads dropped a few valve seats that gernaded and wiped out 3 pistons after 51 miles. The reason that the 2nd build take so long was because of lack of funds, and I really...
