    Am I wasting my time?

Lets hope! I've got about a week to get this handled. I've got to get my registration by then and need my emissions approval in order to get that.

    Am I wasting my time?

They DO NOT do a sniffer test in georgia. The number that your talking about is not a concideration. All they do here is plug into the OBD and run a test of the pcm. I do have the o2 sensors.

    Am I wasting my time?

I'm not sure if i've got sims or not. All of the stuff on my truck was put on by the previous owner. Would I pass with the sims? I'm pretty sure that the mopar headers reuse the o2 sensors.

    Am I wasting my time?

I have the mopar pcm. Doesn't this computer not care if cats are present? As far as the fine, I didn't know the truck didn't have cats on it...i just bought it;) ;) . The shop that I go to is cool with that stuff. What difference would putting cats on it make? All they do is connect to...

    Am I wasting my time?

I took my truck to have the emission done yesterday and it failed the OBD test. I had some warranty work done 8 days ago. I know that the battery was disconnected by the shop. The emissions place told me to go drive my truck for a couple of days and it should reset all of the settings in...

    I did the math dodgeff232

I don't know if the elevation will make that much of a difference? 500 for a blown truck seems low to me though.:dontknow: I see its a quad cab but damn that seems wierd.

Man, i just got up and saw that you posted. If you've got the mopar pcm it will say right on the cover. mine says something to the effect of " mopar race pcm not legal for smog controlled vehicles" Its on the left side of the firewall as your looking at the engine from the front.

    I did the math dodgeff232

I think I'm in the same boat. I haven't had my truck on the dyno yet, but I'm pretty sure I've got a cam in mine. The dealership that sold it to me thought so as well. Mine has the Mopar race computer that is supposed to be matched to the coupe cam. I guess I could get a lift gauge and...

    Boomer's wires

That's kind of what I thought about the seperators. I'd like to install them in the factory locations even if it meant buying some aftermarket holders that will bolt into place where the factory one were. Good luck and keep us posted.

    Boomer's wires

Anybody install a set of these yet? Got pics? I'm on the prowl for a set but want someone else to go through it before me so that they can give me some tips.;) Gary mentioned some wire holders that they had used but never posted any pics.

    Hard to start when hot

Thanks for the input. In your scenario, would the starter be moving slowly? The reason that I ask is that the starter still spins at the same rate as when the engine is cold. Its not like the starter is barely moving. It almost acts like its flooded. Does that sway your thinking at all...

    Hard to start when hot

Man, Anybody else? I only have a powertrain warranty so I don't want to start throwing parts at this thing. After reading different articles on the net about hot starting, I'm starting to wonder if the pcm is bad. Has anyone had trouble with the mopar pcm?

    Hard to start when hot

I've had my truck for a couple of weeks and really like it. In the past couple of days, however, it has been really tought to get started if its hot. It turns over fine but seems to not be getting enough fuel/spark. It's got 42000 on it and I'm not sure if the plugs have been replaced...
