Yes, missing second has been reported in the past. Also, popping out of second being an issue. I havent had that problem in a long time, I believe its exacerbated by the stock master/slave. I have trouble with reverse from time to time...will have to try grinding down the ball as you mention.

16lbs isnt bad at all on those slicks....I run 14 in mine and it does get a little squirly over 110 but nothing too scary.

Patrick is spot as as usual ;) All highflow cat trucks (including my own) sound better than catless set ups...IMO. In addition, I would bet you will gain more torque by having the HF cats vs catless.
