i cant tell you the teck side of the coatings but after getting my B&B headers coated I noticed a big drop of under hood temps vs stock manifolds. now i cant tell you the differance between coated and un coated header temps, but i coated all my headers and noticed a drop in temp on at least 4...

runnin the B&B long tubes and cat back exhaust sound mean but I also put the electric cut outs on it. you want loud and mean just get the cut outs and be done with it. nois on demand.

i have the B&B headers, and had them coated. i noticed a drop in under hood heat with the headers coated.

water is the best option as it displaces heat better then antifreeze. The antifreeze does just that stops the fluid from freezing and also gives it a lube property. water weter and water are the best choices for cooling factor. as long as you dont park out side on a freezing day you will be ok.

was wondering what all the boosted guys are runnin to controll knock. I just got the smaller pully for the paxton and bought the split sec software but i need some thing that will monitor knock, weather it be a guage or a soft ware mod. al the help will be sweet.

have the paxton kit alont with a host of other mods. with a smaller pully and bigger heat extchanger im making 723hp and 680 ft lbs of tq. if you want to just bolt on and go i would get a dc blower flash and 170 thermo, but if you want more controll get the split second soft ware for the paxton.
