Less than 2,000. The first 2 mods I did was to lower and pinnstrip the truck. I just wish I could find the rear shocks.

I think it will. The last bracket at the rear may need to bent to fit. I had to mod my Borla catback to fit my 06. I will get back to you on Monday with the priced shipped to you.
