I'm down with the private rental, spectators welcome, all forum members/vehicles welcome and all dodge trucks welcome. We'd need someone to post up on some HEMI forum to gain some interest. If we can get 20 people thats only $100 a pop. BBQ grilles and coolers of beers can't go wrong!!!!!! Lets do this!! Find out how much of a deposit they need to hold that date. I think we should open this up to all Mopars or current forum members. I have gone to L rentals and it was always open to L's, then Fords and then who ever was on the waiting list. However since I was a member of their forum I was allowed to get on the main list without waiting. In our case people like Fepony and such should be allowed to join in from the get go.
Other places to get people are the Hemi truck club and the rumble bee site. If no one has done so then I will post up on those sites in the next day or so. I can either direct them to our site or just be their P.O.C for the event. I can also help collect money both from VTCOA and others.
