I getting some work done but should be ready by then i hope. so it doesnt matter where i stay. i was there in sep and had a hotel but is there a certain side of town i should stay or just find everyone? I have your cell if i get lost or to find yall

looks like we got 11 comitted to racing which comes to 181.00 for the track rental. need a few more to committ id like to get it to where we can keep it to about 100.00 per person to race. come on fellas dont be skeeeered. its all in fun.

ok fellas, been talking with stinker. we are trying to keep this gtg reasonable for everyone that shows up. with 13 commited to racing if they bear the load for the track rental it will be around 180.00 ea. what would be fair for the ones just showing up 20.00 or 30.00 that would ease the load on the ones that are racing. need some input so post up opinions so we can make this happen.
 
damn ya'll don't think I'd drive all that way and not run my truck do ya! Add me to the racing list!!!! I see a few on there who should be racing....maybe we should PM these people to see if they are planning on running. they may not be watching the thread that close.

If ya not gonna make it please let us kknow , via here or pm, and if ya are commin, at least tell us what you think:D

We have to charge something for the track, and we have to figure out what, we didtn think it was right to charge everyone the same since some want to a run down the track.

Just remember we are having a show class, so if ya gonna do that post it please.

we have to figure wht and how many prizes to do, have also talked to another vendor and they may kick in summin also.

We want everyone to have a great time, and enjoy themselves:rock:

Both of the above sounds fair to me....assuming that we are gonna have the track all to ourselves. What kind of racing are we doing exactly? Heads up...bracket...different classes?? Will there will be some kind of time trials before we race? If funds are needed in advance, who do I pay when the amount is decided?

we got the track from 9 am til dusk, so the morning will be run all ya want, then maybe in the evening it will be a old style heads up sorta pinks style shootout maybe:p
Possibly with a little bickering:D
and possibly a couple trophies:rock:


But Eddie is trying to come to a figure for those that are gonna run down the track and those that are not
