I had been thinking the same way for a bit,but I was only going to try 3.92's
But my truck would need quite a boost in power to run higher gears

2nd gear 1/8 mile on street tires

obviously i wouldnt put these on a stock truck you need atleast 700lbs of torque for them to be beneficial.(thats my opinion)

i like them,it lowers my rpms for cruising on the interstate
80 mph was 2000 rpms before ,now its 1600 rpms

and 4th gear runs up to 146mph :marchmellow: :marchmellow:

right on that, Motors with alot of torque dont neet "tractor gears" as i know em...The rear tires can only hold so much brute...I think he made a good choice.
