$50 Mistake

What a day. Packing all my household goods into the uhaul today. Carpet cleaners were here and when I pulled up in the ten they came out to see where the thunder came from. He asked me to pop the hood right before I turned the key to shut it off. As I bent over to pop the hood I pressed the lock button on the key and didn't hear the horn honk. Got out, shut the door. And after he got through admiring the viper I shut the hood and discovered the keys were locked in it.

Took the blacksmith 12 minutes to arrive and 2 to put a hook through the door to roll the window down. What a way to start my move at 7 AM.

Both my friends that where supposed to come help bailed on me as well as the babysitter. My wife with a knee replacement was my only help. Back is killing me.

What sucked was locking the keys in it with it running. Now locksmith is properly plugged into my phones spell checker. It was so freaking loud with the cutouts open. Its really deep and rattles the china in the cabinets and the pictures on the wall..... Considering it did that for nearly twenty minutes at 0700 this morning im real glad i dont have to remain neighbors but for a few more days

That sucks Jeff. i paid over $200 for a key and fob to be programmed on my other 10. i just kept pushing it off on the NR.

But, if i remember right, the fob lock would not work on my 05 if the door was open or the keys in??? it would just make two short honks tellin you somethin is wrong. maybe i remember wrong

and hey, send my phone a clip of the cutouts and the truck, i miss her so bad and would love to hear her with cutouts. i thought about them but was afraid it would be too loud
