6speedquadcab's build thread

What else are you missing, I just pulled mine T56 tranny out along with the lower center consol, shifter, rubber gasket. I still need to remove the pedal assembly

Honestly I still need all the big stuff. RC engine wiring harness, tranny, and drive shaft. That's why I have to wait until February to complete my conversion. In the meantime I have the shifter, clutch, flywheel, master cylinder, slave, shifter bezel, and steering column shroud. I guess buying a stock throw out bearing wouldn't hurt right now.

I still have my spare trans collecting dust

Not part of the conversion but definitely part of the build. Robert (Badplum) has added himself to the list of my heroes by providing me with this gorgeous 06 navigation bezel. Thanks again Rob! :)

Truck looks great lowered Steve, man...my list keeps growing and growing...

Well thanks to Robert and E, I am now a proud navigation system owner. :)

When I did my swap, the pedals were the most annoying and time consuming part. I spent two hours drinking beer, cursing and pulling the pedal basket out, then another 3 hours drinking beer, cursing and putting the new pedal basket in. It fought me the whole time but I got it in.

I'm almost two years on my swap and it was worth it.
