Go to a track and open her up. She should be able to reach 155. Just make sure that your truck is A1 before attempting it.
maybe 150 max in a qc with no mods

Check list:

Helmet
Shoulder pads
Plastic Jesus
Compass
Fuzz Buster
Fully executed will and testement
Golden Earring CD, preferably playing "Radar Love"

That ought to do it.

Mine has no mods installed yet. It's an 05 QC. I have reached over 150 MPH with a tailwind on my side. The truck still had more juice left but decided to slow down. From memory on other posts I believe other QC members stated they have gone 155 - 159 area.

I would strongly suggest that we do not take our trucks up to that speed on public roads or highways anymore. I have done it in the past and feel my decision to do it was selfish and stupid. If we want to reach those speeds lets do it in a controlled atmosphere like a race track.

well maybe u had a 20mph tailwind cuz 144 was really pushing it for my 05qc

put an extra 3-4psi in the tires, fold the mirrior's and let a rip...

Sure it will...so why try?

One little problem is all it takes...

Go to a track if you are going to push the envelope...

Have a helmet, a driveshaft loop, and life insurance paid up.

Even the best prepared most professional die at those speeds...

Well, after hearing all the Mom's & Dad's out there, Get some nads and go for it on a back road like Dukes of Hazzard, (just make sure on your will it say's.. B I G N A N A" Thats all you need. Have Fun.

Well maybe but I've had my 2005 QC at 250 km/hr. (which is 155 m.p.h.)
on a nice straight stretch of highway on the bald-ass Alberta prairie.

Sometimes you must live forever with your thoughtless utterances. I hope not in this instance.

Respect what you have brothers, and I am not talking about our trucks.
