GET READY FOR A BIG SURPRISE. MY INSURANCE HAS DOUBLED ON THE
SRT-10 THIS YEAR. NO TICKETS, NO ACCIDENTS. APPERANTLY THESE INSURANCE COMPANIES HAVE RE-EVALUATED THE SRT-10 AND IS CONSIDERING IT A SPORTS CARS RATHER THAN A PICK-UP TRUCK. BIG SHOCK TO ME.

Uh oh!!

I just renewed, reviewed my policy, no change yet!

What company do you use?

wow...thats kind of wrong because it is a pickup truck, is your registration paper and paper form when you bought the truck from dealership said "pickup truck" on it?? if yes then tell them that

No change from mine either...I think that it is time for you to look at a new carrier. Possibly shop the market and find what competitive prices exist, then tell your company what others are willing to do to have your business.

Patrick also has a friend that has helped others with good driving records.

MY CURRENT CARRIER WENT FROM 1800.00 A YEAR FOR BOTH CARS TO 18,790.00 PER YEAR....YES!!!! THAT'S NOT A TYPO!! I THOUGHT IT WAS AN ERROR...MEANING THEY ADDED AN EXTRA 0, WRONG. AFTER ALOT OF RESEARCH I WENT WITH AIG. MERCURY CAME IN AS A CLOSE 2ND, BUT AIG HAS A SPECIAL WITH DODGE, ITS CALLED DODGE INSURANCE. LOTS OF BENEFITS.

mine has stayed the same,900.00 a year full coverage.being an old fart does have its advantages.

I pay 60 bones a month for full coverage and $500 deductable. Thats $720.00 a year. Wow I can't beleive they want to charge you that much. I'm sure your all over trying to find another carrier. There has got to be some explanation for that amount. I bet a high end sports car does not even cost that much. How about use on your policy, do you have it listed as a pleasure vechicle or daily driver?

Man, I thought I had it bad. 2300.00 a year (cuz I still have an idiot son on my policy) and that's after a wreck costing Allstate a whopping 18k to fix. BTW, my insurance actually went down on my last renewal

i checked the insurance rate where my dad has a house in oregon.... 1400.00 per year. so i guess living in L.A. you pay

You need to write a letter to your state insurance commissioner...he/she will be very interested in how that company has treated you.
