Be very careful what you purchase from B&B exhaust & Roe Racing..... The pictures on both websites show flanges between the midpipes & catback, but what you'll get is a slip joint/clamp setup.

The reason i purchased this setup was because of the flanges, to make swap out of the midpipes from catless to high-flow much easier...... apparently this is a change they've made recently & you won't know unless you ask.... Be Aware !!

On a side note: For me, customer service isn't what you get when things go smoothly, it's what you get when vendors fix things when they don't......

20% restocking fee & ~$150.00 return shipping is not a fair resolution either. :(

I would have bought it from you for 20% off and you paying shipping...

I think if it don't match the pictures of the web sites you should get all your money back and shipping. This IMO is false advertising. One of the reasons the B & B is so high priced is because of the flanges, and now they are cutting back to make more profit.

I think you should get a 100% refund with no shipping cost to you at all. You bought a product that was falsely advertised to you. Have you talked to the vender about a 100% refund and what did they say?

Thank you for the "Heads Up."

agreed........ sadly b&b turned me down for remaking them with the flanges or full refund.........:(

@ this point, if they sent me 3 hole collector exhaust flanges for 3" exhaust in stainless steel, i'd have my local exhaust guy weld them in......

I must have lucked out since mine came with the flanges. Sorry to hear that you are not happy though. On a side note how does it sound.

This is true. I got some pics too if I need to post em. My garage guy said he spent hours getting these suckers to install. Said it was the worst system he ever installed (said he's going to call em) so, thought I'd let you guys know to be ready with the WD and the prybars.

that's what i have issue with..... they advertise them flanged (you would expect more cost), but that's not how they're sold.......

other systems are alot cheaper & made with the slip joint/clamp......

at the very least, B&B and especially Roe Racing, should try to do something for me...... there's a supercharger on the horizon........:dontknow:

Mr Billy Boat wrote back to me personally:

Although some did like the flanges better than a slip (including me, which is why it was built that way in the first place) , we had many leaking and fit issues with them. The clamp is an OE style clamp and has worked very well, and we have not had any problems.
