Broke 100 G's for the first time!

Well at 12am This fine friday morning I've broke the 100,000 barrier!!!!!!!!!!!!:rock:

Paid out 23,000 in taxes :)

God damn I love this country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i broke that in the first week in january on fuel:D congrats bro.
 
yep, if your involved in the gas and oil industry (myself)things are great and getting better! DRILL BABY DRILL! (there is not a boat to be had for the work offshore and daily rates are going up):rock:

They should consider my base pay of 50G and not tax my overachieving so much

It got me thinking about mine, and including the price of the truck I believe I went past that a few months ago.:eek:

just look up 2008 tax brackets. people are mis-guided on accoutning rules. keep track of a your deductions and you will be fine.

Congrats BigIke. I did that for the first time last year. But my day rate is classified as a per diem, so I get it tax free. It is good and bad they do it that way. It sucks for trying to get a loan because I loose about 25K a year that does not show up as income.

just dont borrow any money, unless its to come to a GTG:D
 
Yeah I'm glad they dont tax perdiem thats another 2400 per month for the last 8 months+.......... :)

let me know if you have any questions, keep your receipts. also are you a W2 or 1099(indep contrator)...save your gas receipt, oil changes, auto insurance, cell phone...etc
