i guess i'll call Tony monday, my stud end isn't long enough to do that. after seeing your pic i went and took mine out of the bag and mocked it up, i can't get a spacer on it at all if i want the nut on the threads, and it wiggles all around in the spindle.

it looks to me like your stud is very large all the way to the threads, mine tapers down and isn't anywhere near the diameter of the hole in the spindle

have to get pics off my phone and re-post this

ok, I tried to mock mine up like yours, I guess it is long enough, hopefully I don't have to pound the stud down into the spindle. If I do, is it possible to put it too far into the spindle? ? There is no lip on the top under the nut looking end to stop it from going into it too far

i guess the metal sleeve goes on the stud under the spacers, not actually in the instructions
i don't have 2 nuts per the instructions, one of mine is fixed and that end of the stud is WAY too big to go down into the spindle
i can't insert from the bottom as the pic shows, that side of the spindle is even smaller than the top side

Yes you will have to pound the stud down into the spindle. You can't go to far. The taper keeps it from pulling through. The joint, spacers & nut go on under the spindle.

thanks, Tony did get back with me yesterday.

I didnt even look at the control arm, does look funny huh?, whats the deal BMX??
