Only 1 robot in the whole production process. It attaches the IP/front bulkhead to the frame. Tubs awaiting their turn to begin being hand built...

Basically at this point the car is full running functioning driving Go Cart. Sent to the rollers for a few mid 90mph pulls... Then on to what I would call the staging area with the rest of the baby snakes awaiting their Skin..

At this point is where the snake really takes shape and some more of our specially trained Viper Craftsman and Women hand build the only car in the USA...

They go on the shaker they get alligned then polished. Please help guys if I'm missing anything..I've also left out an important step once all the panels and glass are installed. Water test.

Also I could be wrong but I'm quite certain it's every 9th car that is removed from the line and sent to hold/audit. The car is checked over from front to rear. It's a Quality Check. Also if any problems have occurred during assembly it will be caught and other cars could be checked for known issues

While certainly not a complete assembly process this is what I have pics of...l0l.

Either a consequence of hold, fitment, etc there seemes to be an area not really spoken about. It's the bad snakes. It's basically a hold area for the problematic cars...Shhhhh you didn't hear from me...


Most missing various panels. Maybe glass, maybe a headlight...

The finished beauties are put into a storage area closed off. Through the 4 tours I've only ever been able to see them pull a car in or out. Not sure anyone gets to go inside the magic room. They basically drive themselves in and out..True story.


The red car with silver stripes was done and awaiting transport. They tooK it out of the storage area for the friend of the owner Whom was a VOA member and he took a few pics of it...Pretty cool..
