Need some more traction!!!

Need some advice from people who have used these products and how they worked. If you have used the jmb product which stage did you use? And most important which one would you recommend?

Thanks in advance!

I am very happy with the Cal-Tracs and have the 2nd fastest 60' time on this forum. I think the fastest 60' is also on Cal-Tracs.

Do both if you can. Then you could stop axle wrap set preload and adjust your shocks according to how you launch

Really? I didnt even realize that i could do both
But then again i no just about nothing when it comes to this stuff

If u do both that thing will launch as hard as u want with some stickys. But u might want to invest in some axles. :burnout:

I have the 390 mh drag radials and some 6 inch skinniest up front.

I called every place that i could think of to try to make me some custom hardened axles but no one could do it. They said the only way to get better axles was to make a hole new rear end and i didnt want to drop that kind of cash.

Hmmm... I'm going with neither! I cut 1.7s in a QC with no cal tracs or suspension mods at all! I wanna do a long bar type setup. Or a long ladder bar set to transfer the quad cabs length ;)

Cal-Tracs simulate long bars by moving the front pivot point about 36 or so inches from the rear axle.

Axles shafts aren't the weak link, spyder gears are.

Good luck finding room under our trucks for the long bars.

I talked to strange and they said they couldnt do for some reason. I already broke the spider gears off inside my carrier and replaced them with the hardened ones. I would really be interested in better axles if someone had some. I even talked to tony and he said he didnt know anyone that made them.
