Canadian Members, Race the Base, Cold Lake, AB Spotted

Hey Guys,

Seen a '05 Silver Crew SRT-10 and a '04 or '05 Reg Cab black with black rims and dark tint and was wondering if it was anyone on here. It was on Saturday during the "Race the Base" Event that was here in Cold Lake.

I do have some pics of the car show from the night before but was working during the day of the event so I am waiting for a friend to get some pics of that to me, should have those tomorrow. I'll dig up your email address and fire some off to you if I get them tomorrow.

The F-18 apperently beat the Enzo as you would expect, I heard a few people saying that the F-18 was racing against the top 8 cars but they were letting the cars start way before the jet approched the runway while in the air. The amount of exotics that gathered was impressive though for little ol' Cold Lake in the middle of nowhere, final number was in the 80's I belive.

That is very impressive,would have been kewl to go to,I'm working just south of Elk Point.

If they put if off next year I will run my truck for sure, the catch tho...$1500.00 entry fee! It was for charity however and it was a full weekend event with lots of cool stuff that the entry fee got you. And for the record the guy posing infront of the Skyline is not me, I never got to attend the event as I had to work.
