country paying the lowest --gas prices

Heard on the radio this morning that gas prices around the world vary from .19 cents a gallon to $18.00 a gallon ----It appears that Argentina is the .19 per gallon and some small African country is the $18.00 per gallon. All the major oil producing countries are selling their gas to their locals for less than a dollar a gallon -----kuwait was I beleive .43 cents a gallon ----We and a lot of other countries a being raked over the oil...

We are not a major oil country , infact we are producing 5% of Saudi Arabia and gas here is among the cheapest in the world . We pay approx. 2$ per gal. for 95 RON (eq. to 91 or 92 in the US ) . and gas prices were raised last month we were paying approx. 1.4$ per gal.
