130 ft/lbs on the crank bolt. I learned the hard way that this is important. Some lock tight wouldnt hurt either!! If I remember correctly, you want the dampner on crank so you can drill the pin holes through the dampner and the crank. The pins hold the dampner to the crank (in thoery). Not so much if the crank bolt comes loose thoughMine sheered right off! Motor is just about done though nearly a year later!!
