Talked my way out of that one...she likes Dodge's, and my driveway was full of them.

Cajun, with the truck this heavy, the low boost is perfect for the street, you can nurse the tires or haze them easily, without getting too much spin in 3rd gear up. 1-2 second, you gotta ride and step.

High boost-forget it, street tires are useless any gear- any speed. But on low boost, it is extremely drivable and well mannered. I drove it 400 miles roundtrip to the Jacksonville get-together in the pouring rain. That is why I run the stock camshaft profile. Very little overlap and very streetable.

still badd ass man and congrats on talking your way out of it.... i normaly get "sir do you know know fast you were going?" and my question is what does the kit consist of i know of alot of people that say the STS kit is sold way over the price it should be.. so to say if some adv Joe wanted to turbo hit truck you could piece it together right using diffrent parts from the kit right?

You already have the SCT, if David is forging the engine for you, all you need it the Kit. $6499 without any SCT parts, inj/ 2bar.

Here is a video of the STS turbo on the Ram set to around 10lbs for the street. What you can't really tell is that the tires are blown away under hard accelleration. And I had trouble with the camera mount cooperating...enjoy!

STS kit is pretty intrigueing.....Im gonna go twin turbo eventually.... Waitin on RSI to come out with the twin turbo headers for our trucks
