I can honestly say, I don't miss them, and ignition points too! I must say, they will look great on your classic ride. Congrats John.:rock:

It already had dual quads on it. They were 1848's which are only 465 cfm each and were to small.

Ran into a problem with the new carbs. The mechanical secondary cam hit the manifold on the front carb. I have ground about .06 off of the cam on the outside and now need to take about .05 off of the manifold so it will clear.

Should have pictures tomorrow.

Very nice, those carbs work very well as they are real 3 circuit bad aZZ carbon makers.
The throttle response should be spectacular with the pair.
Zinc chromate has always been one of my favorite colors........

Mabye it will dry out enough by May or June so you can drive it.... ...........

The TV room is the one room in the house that I have control over. It's done in a sports theme, and the #24 plaque was a gift from a friend.

You are correct, anything goes, but I still prefer a Ford engine in a Cobra. Personal preferrence.

All eight barrels open at the same time. Not much different than if it had Webers on it.

Where did you get 350 from? It's got a 460 in it.
