Dealer Told Me Ceramic Brake Pads Will Warp The Stock Rotors???

The front rotors and pads on my QC were shot at 25,000 miles. The wear spec isn't very large and I was told the rotors are a throw away item...

You're allowed 1.8mm of total wear before the front rotors should be discarded. They are 35.6mm (1.40") thick when new and at 33.8mm (1.33") thickness, they should be discarded.

The rear rotors have 1.5mm of allowable wear. They are 30mm (1.18") thick when new and should be discarded at 28.5mm (1.12") thickness.

This is not an unusually low amount of allowable wear. For example, BMW allows 1.6mm and Mercedes allows 2.4mm on most of their rotors. So it's within the range of "normal" when compared to other vehicle brands.

How heavy are your rotors compared to stock?

Same as stock. 40 pounds each in front and 24.5 pounds each in back.
