deleting catalytic converters and brush fires

I remember now, from my days living in the Detroit suburbs, every fall they would warn us about parking over the piles of leaves raked into the street because the cats caused fires.

I also heard deleting cats caused fire to shoot out the tail pipe at times, apparently thats not the issue then...(tailpipe flames causing brush fires.)

Pricewise, what would I be looking at to install a full exhaust from Mopar long tubes or belangers to straight pipes to a magnaflow or Borla setup ?

About $300 -$400 tops to install a reverseable flanged type system, that way you can re-install the cats without welding.
