Garret works with us now. He's damn good at what he does, but I have never seen anybody make a mess quite like he does.Big Perm said:West Side Dodge in Jax brings the suck....

I bought my truck used with only 1100 miles when the tranny went I called Cain they wanted me to call back on Monday to set up an appointment to look at it so I took it to Landers (both service dept. open on Saturdays )they had no problems fixing it under warranty they damn sure didn't ask if I had bought it at thier dealership my truck only has 8000 miles I've changed oil & filter 3 times all 3 times I purchased the filter from Crain I won't be going back except Monday if they call with my weatherstrips I sure won't purchase any new vehicles from them in the future

Request: Positive and negative comments, and do what you can to keep it fair and civil...would be great if we could keep it clean enough to avoid being relegated to the "Offensive Section".
Think before you post (I know that is a really tough request for some of us that have been here since the start, but try.).
The facts please...Start your post with the name of the Dealership and the city they are in, that way searches will be much easier...and it will become a useful resource for new members.
One dealership per post, if you have multiple experiences, use multiple posts...
Ok, lets see how this goes...
