Last year I put my truck on the Dyno Jet with Andy from Dyno Tunes after I installed a BBK from JTS and CAI from JMB and Magna Flow with stock cats plus 170 t-stat. Elevation here is 3300 ft.-air temp 80-26.78 in-Hg and Humidity 19.

    1st run: 434.41 rwhp/ 474.54 torq.
    2nd run: 446.00 rwhp/ 485.46 torq.

This year I added JMB midpipes with high flow cats and put the truck back on the Dyno Jet with Andy from Dyno Tunes. Air temp 79-26.93 in-Hg and Humidity 31.

    1st run: 447.13 rwhp/ 485.89
    2nd run: 454.95 rwhp/ 492.19

Andy from Dyno Tunes said its still a little rich in the midrange and good for 10-15 more hp. I'm happy with the JMB midpipes and the way the truck sounds.

This test was just bolting on the midpipes. When I get my software back from Sean at Roe I'll redue my fuel and Dyno.

Also, a good 200 cell, metalic, 3" high flow cat will flow very well.

I know you can buy the 200 cell 2 1/2" or 3" high flow cats on e-bay at a good price, if anyone is looking.

BBK is a 67mm throttle body and is good for 10-15 hp and Tonys ported throttle body also works really good. I'll have to see if I can get a friend to do a sound clip on the exhaust for me.

Steve, Could you tell any difference between the stock BBK and ported BBK?
