Any header /muff/cat combos that are quiter than others for these beasts? Dont really like too much noise. Also is Exhaust upgrade neccesary for SC installation? :dontknow:

Headers, cat delete and free flowing muffler is not required for SC...but...wow, what a sacrifice for the sake of sound...I would estimate a 40 to 60 rwhp drop due to stock exhaust system...
If you want a super charger...get used to the noise...IMHO

You can get a camshaft that has the same valve timing as you have now, but open the exhaust valve 10° to 12° sooner. You still want to close it in the same place. This reduces pumping losses and helps get rid of the extra exhaust created by the added volume pumped into the engine. It involves more teardown, but it should only be a 10% (parts cost) adder compared to the price of the blower.

If you swap out the stock cats for high flows or catless mids you are going to get LOUD. No way around it.
Cat back choice isn't going to make much of a difference in overall loudness, IMHO. It's that cats (or lack thereof that crank up the decibel levels).
