I will be at Famoso Friday night for a test and tune, gates open at 7pm racing from 8pm till midnight....anybody in SoCal want to meet there? I think SRTBrad will be filming. It is supposed to cool slightly for friday, say 95 high, so it should be down in the 70's after 10 pm....a little warm I know....but I have a new mod...so I will be trying it out......Hmmmm what could it be:dontknow: ;) :burnout:

I won't say anything until after I have some results....it will be warm and the DA has been between3400' and 2200' this past week or so....so I'm not expecting an 11.99 in the heat.....but I do expect some gain, so I will compare my best corrected times to the times from friday night...hope to see some improvement and then go for the record this fall when it cools down( PS my best corrected pass at Famoso was 11.961 @ 115.588, actual time was 12.202 @ 113.25, DA 1753') Run was on May14,2010 @ 10PM.

Jerry-

IS it true that you are installing an 850 Holley Double Pumper? :D

PS- If you don't hurry up and run an 11 N.A., well.....don't make me come down there !!! :D

850 is too big....I'm going with a 650 cfm (each side):D

Alfredo good to hear from you.....come on up with Brad friday...you won't want to miss this.

Weighed the truck today in race ready trim(no tailgate, no passenger seat and the racing wheels and tires installed, etc, 1/4 tank of fuel) and it weighed 4460 lbs. Remember street weight without the bedcover was 4720 lbs. with 3/8 tank.
