This is my street truck, the intake has been extrude honed and port matched.

I have a Hogan manifold for the silver TT race truck.

You can get a shield from Tony at JTS.

I think it was about 480.00....:dontknow::dontknow::dontknow:

It has both set of dowel holes so you can run it on a standard(stick shift) or automatic block.:rock::rock:

A scatter shield is a very good thing to have with a stick shift car/truck.

In 1969 I was riding in a 31 Chevy roadster with a buddy that was getting after it pretty hard and the pressure plate blew up.
It had a small block 327 and a solid lifter cam, it was probably turning 6500 when it let go.
It was one of the loudest noises that I have ever been close to.
He did not have a scatter shield. The roadster had wooden floor boards, but he had a piece of 1/4" plate steel under the wood and across the center. It bent the plate steel up badly on the drivers side and almost cut the left frame rail in two. It knocked a chunk off the back of the block and busted a chunk out of the oil filter mount.
Ever since then I have been very leary of any stick shift car without a scatter shield.
There have been several trucks that have blown up the clutch and or flywheel with catastrophic results.
Everything I have built since the late 60's has had a scatter shield.
