Well Mike (nowwhat) since it looks like you are trying to find out just how much power can be made with a stock bottom end, that means you are going to break that bottom end in finding its limits. So I'm thinking you already have a plan as to just what you are going to build once you break the bottom end. OK, spill the beans, just how wild are going to go?

Contrary to Blake and his conspiracy theories...I am on a stock bottom end...DC believes that a correct tune = no detonation.....means I can get another big punch out of the NO2...

But...

If it goes....

I am not going to go crazy....Until proved otherwise....I believe that 800rwhp is the magic number....anything more than that will put the slicks up in smoke....

Soo..

I will build the block to survive anything and go with direct port nitrous mapped into the ECU progressively based on mph, rpm and gear....

While the motor is out I will chop 3" from the cab to get some better trap speeds....

I hope it was mine ! Asked chris to boost the HP a few. The FJO NOS kit looks like it will get ya a 10 for sure. Chris has some work to do on that Dyno to make it happen.

That motor is going to go boom Mike,, I think motors take more abuse then people think but there is no doubt your out beyond safe waters lol.

Since we are on the topic of bigger and better builds, whats the biggest stroker you can go with ? 522 isnt somone building a 577?

522 is that just crank and rods ? or is that actually bored +30,, im not sure how thin the walls are and if you can bore that much or more ?

If guys can build v6's that make up to 600hp or more. Then with v-10 i say 1000 hp is certinally do-able N/A.

Mike two questions for you one , how are you running now at the track dont you require a roll cage for anything in the 11"s

Question two , if your truck ran your Porsche GT2 what would the outcome be :dontknow:

Here is my saving theory:

Detonation cause motors to go boom....not hp

Can run at the track w/o a cage as long as you are slower than 11.49...used to be 11.99

The truck vs the GT2...?...I say the truck would win....my GT2 tuner says that the car should be good for 11.2....?
