Just wondering what your work out schedule is and if taking suplements?
Thanks to NOWHAT Im back hitting the weights again and want to try something different. Im pretty serious about it and im having a little trouble getting back into it. A year ago i was 198 lbs and pressing 395 for 3 reps at the bench. Now
in 250 lbs and pressing only 295 for 6 reps. This is just an idea of where im at.
As far as supplements go, Im now on NO-Xplode, Jet Fuel (thermogenic), and Novadex-XT for later
. (No, I don't use illegal supplements:nurse: )
I'll post a Now pic and in a month i'll post another and so on. Planning to get down to 215-220 within a few months.
