First of all I love the truck so far. The look of it is awesome and it has tons of power at the cost of 9mpg I'm getting lol.

1 It seems to have loud ticking to it. Are the injectors that loud on this thing? I'm wondering if it's the lifters.

2 My intermittent wiper control seems to not work any ideas? Wipers work though just no delay.

3 When I turn the defrost on it doesn't seem to blow that hard to the windshield. Fan speed seems ok and I don't think I have air coming out anywhere else... Was raining and very humid today and windows were staying a little foggy.

4 Twice after a burnout when I restart the truck the abs light comes on for a second or so lol.

Your back wheel ABS sensors are turning faster than the front ABS sensors. Your PCM is having a stroke....normal!

lifter noise is normal if you aren't puffing or burning smoke.
you need a wiper motor.
your blend door or actuator is bad. you have to remove the dash to fix it.

blend door is a common issue on the 3rd gen ram...some truck you can actually hear it hitting the fan. it sounds like a small helicopter in the dash..made me walk away from a truck when I was shopping....

Not bad news so far. The Doors could be a pain in the ass to fix. I just you tubed it.I need to check further into it and see if they actually have a problem. I suspect it though. The overall condition of the truck is great so a few small things aren't so bad. My fault for not actually checking thoroughly.

One more question for now. Is there anything I need to worry about if I power wash the engine bay besides the PCM? I see the coil packs are under the intake do I need to worry about them?

You should be fine washing the engine. Use a good cleaner or sunlight dish soap to cut that oily mess.

the blend doors are a design issue...the doors have plastic tabs and are prone to breaking. my truck won't go into "recurculate" so my vent is always open (sucks when its cold outside and the system isn't putting heat out yet)...my dad's SRT had a similure issue but he bought a set of aftermarket metal tabbed units and hasn't had an issue since. I am pretty sure there is a couple of youtube videos out there demonstrateing the issue as well as the repair for it.
