No tune sir. I would roll up to the line, do a small burnout, stage, and hold revs at 4k. The flashlight guy takes 5 steps, and as soon as I saw him turn around I would mat the gas and ride the clutch most of the way through first (until 5k rpm), then power shift into 2nd and then 3rd. I would leave a little bit of clutch smoke on the line, but the launches don't lie. I was out launching all wheel drive Evo 10's on an un-prepped track.

Flashlight Drags - Street Racing Without The Jail Time!

This is the event I run. Every. Single. One.

The idea is, there are NO time slips, NO track prep, NO tree you can time. It is street racing that takes place on a 1/2 mile long strip of controlled area.
