No bottles wanted to go F/I but 11.1 comp. Might as well build another motor.

Mods
It's a 6.1 based 392 stroker with CP Pistons 11:1 CR, steel gas nitride top rings, napier second, used nascar takeout Carrillo rods, 3.795 stroke honda journal crank. 218/226 duration 113 LSA cam 0.566/0.556 lift. Stock valve cnc ported heads. Trans is a 727 with a gear vendors over drive. Dana 60 rear with 4.56.

Yeah..now I remember...Before I bought the 10 I had thought about buying a Daytona truck and doing a similiar project with a 6.1 426 stroker....but I finally came to the conclusion that Moparacing said....buy a 10 for about the same price and already be capable of ~13.0 stock.....not knocking your build though...least you have a better sounding engine..;)

well dam james now when i get my motor work finished we will race in the 1/8 will be givin u a run for ur money :D :marchmellow: i plan on hittin 12.8 on my 22's in full street trim as well (but i will still have my first trans )

Fairly happy with the build would like to see it but down 500 though . It runs but weighing in at 5380lbs slows it down a bit and thats after i shaved a 175lbs off of it. I think daytona 81 truck weighs in around 4500lbs as most of the other track preped hemis do, so there is more in it i just like my toys:)

Bring it :) I am going to have to start running D/R so hopefully the jeeps will stop leaving me at the line. Really would like to see what the weight difference is between my truck and the jeep.

Really would like to make it out there but I would have to trailer it gas would kill me . Last time me and Ant nee (Venom Power) went some where i used 3/4 of a tank of gas to his 1/4:( Need more gears!! Gear vendors said they would make me a deal on a twin unit but they want to wait and see if there last o/d unit will hold up.
then jsut bring your skinnny ass an we'll barefoot it bud:p
