GSXR600 Kill

It may be discoverable, but as you may well know, the eye witnesses were accomplices engaged in what would be by considered by many as an illegal street race, and as such are easily discredited and would most certainly be impeached on cross. If I were deposed, I would simply cut and paste from my first post. My wife falls under spousal privilege, and for the poor guy on the 600, his deposition would be quashed due to his current mental state brought on by being beaten by a QC pickup in a recent street race....

There are stories like this ALL OVER the Mustang forums.....about how they kicked my ass up and down I-270.

In REALITY....I was just cruising along at my normal 65-70.

Sure does make one a badass on a forum though.

I can assure you that going from a dead stop to 135 mph is not the same as cruising along at 65-70. But already know this, right?

And hey, I appreciate the warning about the Mustang forum, but I'm not too worried as I have never been on that forum. You can have it all to yourself...

Not only is it discoverable it is prima facie, and your subsequent supporting statements are decisively incriminating. But what do I know...

I'm just an old fart with the opinion that your post is a threat to your driving privilege. But I am often wrong admittedly.

Peace.

I really dont care whether it is true or not! I beat a bike once. I was cruising around minding my own business when this young punk yelled out..."HEY! That thang gotta HEMI?"...Freaking pissed me off! So I floored it.:D:D:D

Later on I saw that little punk again...I told him, maybe next time if he takes the cards out of his spokes he might have a chance....damn training wheels are what got him!:D:D:D

Anyways, I would read another one of these stories in a heartbeat WOT!:D

Cards in his spokes!!!!!!!!!! LOL now I want to go buy a bike and some baseball cards. Or maybe some garbage pal kids!

Sorry, I tend to digress.

My fault, I jacked the thread...sometimes my opinions get in the way of good clean fun, one of my most serious flaws.

The story was captivating.

I still think this is one of the best stories I have read!:D

It's a great post WOT, who really cares if it is true or not? Most of the great "true" stories throughout history have been, let's say embellished just as bit hehe. Keep em coming, we could use them around here.

WOW as said before WOT one hell of a story. But guys you really have to start using smaller words. i can't even follow the argument when i can't even spell or know the meaning of what is being said:confused:  !! But hey thats what this forums for right to learn about our trucks and new words i guess! Thats why i love it here.:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

As a matter of fact, I do.
140 in my truck is like driving on silk.

I'm not a member of any Mustang forums, but thanks for comin' out.

In your defensive stance, you seem to have missed my point.
Whenever there is an "encounter" between two vehicles, you can usually find the other side of the story on the respective forum. Most of the time it's a 'kill'; few times is it about a 'loss' (unless it's loss of life).

If the other guy is ill-prepared, unaware, or just not into it....I don't think you can legitimately call it a kill.

I must agree with Kevan - if the other guy does not know that he is racing - it is not a kill.:burnout:

Guys, guys, guys....

Thanks for the comments!

Kevan - no offence intentended: just razzin' ya :proud:

Hey, if you haven't found it....here is my latest kill story --> http://www.vtcoa.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20160

It will help if you read through the whole thread (plus it's mighty entertaining).

Only if the posts could be entered as evidence of a habitual and customary pattern of behavior.

But, that is typically only applied on the civil side. First Amendment rights and poetic license will always trump a criminal proceeding that is victimless and has no first hand witnesses. One has a right to face their accuser, and since no such person would materialize, an acquittal would be most certain. I'm not afraid of the gulag.

Oh, and remember, you're only as old as you smell.....

Edit: I stand corrected: wifey tells me that prima facie evidence used to establish a habitual and customary pattern of behavior is a rule of evidence in both criminal and civil matters. However, I still stand behind the First Amendment protection, and I believe most judges would as well.

That is exactly the problem, when you have nine inches of foreskin odor is often a problem. Those who know me well know that is a huge joke...

awesome post. no matter what anyone else says. it made me wanna go race something even if it was in my wifes new t &c. which btw will smoke the tires for 50 feet if you turn the traction control off. imagine the looks i get at the stop lights... needless to say i have to take it when the wife isnt looking. and then i still have to listen to what if she treated my things like that......
