So you couldn't replace just the subwoofer to an aftermarket woofer and leave stock amp?
yes you can many have done it when i have some time i will use the search button and find some threads for you....welcome the the club !!!! put your seat belt on its gonna be a rough ride!!

Not as rough as the guy in a camaro that tried to race me and missed 4th back to 2nd LOL it was not very pleased squealing tires and all. easiest win i've ever had racing literally lasted maybe 30 seconds. but thanks to all of you guys for the welcomes.

why did you remove it? im heading to bed on the night but i'll try to figure out any kinda messaging system tomorrow. i am definitely interested if it is all working etc. i just can't stand the noises that the sub makes.

I replaced my sub (speaker) with an after market .just make sure you replace with a dual voice 4ohm speaker and stuff some polyfill in it,it will sound much better.

i like it. as is said to each his own thoughts and opinions though and it doesn't seem to be too big of a circus from what im seeing so far

Its ok im not too worried about it. i like it its the nicest vehicle i've owned and to me its amazing. as i said i understand to each his own and each person has their own preferences etc. the interior on this thing is really sharp too. but im happy with my truck and doesn't matter what others wish to say about it.
also was the original owner on here?
