   Nope, just a little time and some tastefully done stealth modifications including areas most people over look all contribute to The Batrams black appearance. It's one thing making a vehicle black, it's another story doing it right.5_0_BAIT said:Carl, I thought you did your whole truck in this stuff!!! Did you do your headlights???
See above.Roz-SRT said:Carl, is that what you did to your headlights???
5_0_BAIT said:Well I am disappointed...it rained all day so I couldn't do the tails. Anyone heard of doing the headlights this way??? Thought I might complete the look. I think I like clear lenses and black insides better though. That way I can do HID's. Whatcha think???
Before you go to the time and expense of HID's you might poll the folks who have tried it before you. Some have gone back to something else or stock. The lighting isn't what they expected.5_0_BAIT said:Just curious thats all. I use mine as my DD so I will stick with my plan of replacing the headlights and doing a hid conversion. Anyway thanks for the advice. Begood, sure you don't wanna spill the beans????![]()

OsirruZ said:I just bought a set of 6000k HID's from a vendor on another forum. WAY cheaper than ones I have seen here. As far as the lighting is concerned, Ive been kicking myself for not doing it sooner. The amount of light these kits throw out is amazing. Few of my friends seen my truck with the lights and made me order them kits from the same vendor.
Oh, and it is a real plug and play system, no adding capacitors here or there. It comes with everything and no lamp out warning yet.
