How do you configure 16 Routers and 5 Switches to work on static IP's?

I knew some eyebrows would get raised. Anyways it's a mix of 4 editing stations with monitors, 1 Internet server computer, 16 channel DVR video security system for the building, Complete wireless internet system for the whole building, DJ audio and lighting equipment, 2 stereo systems, and audio wiring. And yes it all works. That sub panel in the background is additional electrical service that I piped in to feed all the equipment so everything may work all at once. I built everything from scratch including the room in the background with the sky roof. It is my son's room.

Basically I put my video production studio in my living room to save on office expense.
