Got the Ice box installed.http://www.frozenboost.com/product_...=1227&osCsid=54c5ba9e9120af87fdf3f3e99119da39
Placed it in the bed of the truck, to keep it away from engine heat. With 90 degree ambient temps, the IAT's were between 90 - 97 degrees. Only problem is, even in the bed, the ice melts fast as shit. Can anyone give me advice on how to insulate it? I'm hoping this would help the ice last longer.

Steve is there any way to use dry ice??
Never delt with dry ice before. The hole is probaly big enough. Can I use it in the metal box and can it be used with water?

if you use dry ice and water make sure it has a good vent or else BOOM!
Also the air might be too cold and could create condensate.

Home Depot has foam in spray form but my best recommendation would have been to actually plumb a cooler. Supposively, even using a cooler would only net you a couple of runs before you would have to drain it and add new ice. You might also want to try West Marine. They definitely have foam they use to secure marine fuel tanks or to add flotation to boats.

Jorge, the ice box is mounted. I need a way to unsulate it. How would this stuff work? http://www.thermotec.com/products/13500-adhesive-backed-heat-barrier.html

Steve post a pic or two of how you have it mounted exactly so we can get an visualization then brainstorm from there
