This is their job........ They don't call themselves heroes.....

These are our brave boy and girls......

May God watch over each and every one......

My Dad is retired SF. The amount of bravery that they exude is insurmountable. Just one of those things that make you proud to be an American!

Not to be correcting Prof, but isn't it "de Oppresso Liber" or maybe Libre(to free the oppressed)? Regardless, awesome post!!!

Libre is the correct spelling, once I input the title I could not change it...it is spelled correctly at the end of the post...good catch!

soldiers, each one of them, takes a lot of heart and guts to do this kind of combat, thank all the armed forces for our FREEDOM.

My BFF (yeah, it's a gay term, but I don't know how else to say it since he's been one of my best friends since kindergarten!) is a 3rd SFG LTC and has been to Iraq twice and Afghanistan four times since 9/11. Trust me when I tell you (OPSEC) that the general public doesn't know a fraction of what these guys are doing on a daily basis, and might not know for another 20 years, if ever. You can hate the war and throw shoes at the guy you think is responsible, but I'm sure everyone agrees that all of our Soldiers, Marines, Sailors and Airmen down range deserve our utmost respect and support...
