Shaggy, I had a very good conversation with the parties involved. I retracted the warning and I think (I hope) things will get a little better. Time will tell

Yes, time will tell. It always seems to go from good to bad in a day or so with Dom.

We spent some time talking about supporting and helping the new guys. He has a wealth of knowledge he can pass on and I'm hoping he will do that more and less of the cheap shots (he does have a problem of posting before he thinks). Brad is a Great guy, does a lot of work with videos and chronicling those how go to the race tracks on the west coast, I would really hate to lose that
