Jan 19/20th - West Coast and AZ GTG, and Track Day.

I have no idea where we are staying yet, we want someplace cheap though! Jack, do you have the hotel info for where you are staying? Not sure what our plans are for the whole weekend either, lots of riding and drinking probably hehee.

There is a whole bunch of new construction by me...you guys could just be squatters:D
 
For my .02 cents, I love the Tombstone idea. But it does not seem to be the popular ticket for reasons I can understand. I like it for the fact of a cruise and seeing some of Arizona tourist style.

Another plus on the Tombstone thing is seeing all the trucks together going down the highway.

It kinda looks like the general consensus would be to meet up at no particular point and just GTG, then decide where to go for grub. Doing this we can get everybody's input at the same time.

Maybe we can meet up in the parking lot at speedworld and then do all our planning from there (should we go somewhere else and where, dinner suggestion and just hanging out). Plus because I am unfamilar with the area I like to know where speedworld is before I have to be there at a certain time. And it gives me a better idea of drive time to the hotel. Kinda like walking a road course track to get familar with it before you go balls out.

Plus knowing where speedworld is I won't get lost when it counts. Believe me It could happen to me. I somehow missed the turn to Bandimere which now is pretty hard to do.

What I want to get out of this is to first meet all you guys, see a convoy of trucks heading down the road, and some good food at a fun place.

i am in for this! i don't want to drive all F-en night! i am going to drive 5+ hours and then drive (186 miles) there and back on the same night???? i don't think so! i will stay @ the hotel......can't do much cause the kid is going with us........

i say this.....kick back at the hotel or someones house close by, plan what we are going to eat..drive there and see how that turns out...but drive all day and night i am not doing this!!!

i say the MAIN thing is being with each other and getting to know each other....like family! that we should be!

Glad I could light a fire under your guys Asses finally :D At least we got a plan however lame it is it's a plan at least.....If I had waited any longer we would be eating peanut butter and jelly sammiches and circle jerking cause nobody came up with anything at all :p Did you happen to see the epic post by Shawno of all people....that's the most he has typed in 2 years :p Watching a bunch of Cock jockey's get drunk and make Asses of themselves is not my idea of fun, but that's what ya'll wanna do then so be it. For those that have asked. My family I are most likely not going to make the GTG on Sunday. I was just informed I have a store meeting at 7 pm that night anyway...I do not think I can get out of it anyway even if I tried.

Never my intention Izzy.....I got people to react and finally say something and that was the intent....a 2 day event with 1 day planned with a week left is just stupid...and I only said Tombstone for Billy and Will's sake....They leave at 11 am Sunday morning and because the threads got all Fkd up people made plans based on what was posted at the time......some of these guys wanna go to Barrett Jackson on Friday and that's good because I would not go if that was the plan on Saturday it's like watching paint dry for me :D I don't have enough weed to make that kind of trip intresting for me :eek: So the Pkg lot where the Cali guys are staying and some dinner :rock: Fkn Groovy :nurse: I can cause havoc anywhere ;) :D :p

All I know for sure is Whitesnake, AwdIsuzu, the Boss and I are leaving Saturday Morning at 5am from LA to caravan down to AZ. We might meet up with RedSrt007 and his wife on the way down.

I will be in for the Saturday night dinner and cruise but if we just hang out somewhere thats ok as well. Maybe we can do a few drive by's for the Sickness:D :D I hear one of the members in AZ has a blue ray player with a real big tv that is like being in the movie?
