When I spoke with Tony, he said that "tacking" the portion on the rear leaf system is more of a "safety-net" than anything else.

It is literally a 2 minute job if you want to have it done.

I just like going with what I know WORKS. JTSVP lowering kit is tried and true. Actually my original truck was the first QC JTSVP lowering kit that was installed.
